The Easiest Way to Apply Custom Patches
Custom iron-on patches offer the ultimate convenience for branding apparel and accessories. Featuring a specialized, heat-activated adhesive backing, these patches can be permanently applied to a wide variety of fabrics using just a standard household iron or a commercial heat press. There is no need for specialized sewing equipment or tailoring skills.

Industrial-Grade Heat Adhesive
We use a premium, commercial-grade polymer adhesive on all our iron-on patches. When heated to the proper temperature, this adhesive melts and bonds directly with the fibers of the target garment. Once cooled, it forms a highly durable, permanent bond that can withstand standard machine washing and drying.
While iron-on backing is incredibly strong, it works best on cotton, denim, and polyester blends. For garments that stretch significantly (like spandex) or materials that cannot withstand high heat (like nylon or leather), we recommend our sew-on or Velcro alternatives.
Available Across Multiple Patch Styles
Iron-on backing is highly versatile and can be applied to our most popular patch styles. It is the standard choice for classic embroidered patches, high-definition woven patches, and full-color printed patches. The thin profile of woven and printed patches makes them particularly well-suited for iron-on application, as the heat transfers easily and evenly through the material.
Please note that due to the high heat required for application, iron-on backing is not available for PVC or synthetic leather patches, as the heat would melt or damage the patch material.
