The finishing details of an embroidered patch are just as important as the design itself. We offer traditional merrowed borders (an overlock stitch that wraps around the edge of the patch) for standard shapes like circles, shields, and rectangles. For intricate, custom-shaped designs, we utilize precision laser-cut borders to ensure clean, fray-free edges.

You can also choose the perfect backing for your specific application. Our heat-activated iron-on backing is ideal for quick application on fashion apparel, while our industrial-strength Velcro (hook and loop) is the standard for military and tactical gear. We also offer peel-and-stick adhesive for temporary event branding, or standard sew-on backing for permanent, heavy-duty use.
