General Design Tips
Keep it simple
Patches work best with bold, clean designs. Overly intricate artwork loses detail in production.
Use high contrast
Strong contrast between design elements and the background ensures your patch pops on fabric.
Avoid thin lines
Lines thinner than 1.5mm can be difficult to reproduce accurately in embroidery or PVC.
Bold text only
Thin or script fonts below 4mm become unreadable. Use bold, sans-serif fonts for small text.
Send layered files
Layered AI or PSD files allow our team to separate colors and elements for the best result.
